Job Summary: The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process of our drone products. This role involves coordinating and optimizing production activities, ensuring quality standards are met, managing a team of production staff, and implementing process improvements. The Manufacturing Manager will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sound knowledge of manufacturability process for new product /part development such as : Sheet Metal fabrication :-Laser,Bending,welding and ,Machining operations :-Milling,Turning,Grinding
• Sound Knowledge and experience of Tool Room operation .
• Ensure product designing to optimize utilization of resources with minimum manufacturing cost.
• Countering process variation while designing new product/part.
• Working knowledge from concept level design to production (PPAP)
• Jigs fixture and gauges design for manufacturing operation .
• Plan, organize, and supervise the daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Develop and implement development schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of products.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the manufacturing team.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures, cost effective solutions, estimate sheet & planning map and ensure that all products meet or exceed industry standards.
• Investigate and address any quality issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance overall manufacturing performance.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into manufacturing performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in manufacturing management, preferably in the drone or aerospace industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to manufacturing in the aerospace sector.

Job Summary: We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven professional Embedded Software Engineer to execute complete embedded software development lifecycle. The goal is to create scalable and optimized software systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop firmware for STM32 Discovery/ Nucleo series development boards using its onboard serial debugger for prototyping a range of systems.
• Co-ordinate with hardware electronics team for integrating off-the shelf MCU in chip-form with custom-built AFE modules during system development.
