As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for learning and developing the necessary skills to become a successful sales professional. Your primary objective will be to support the sales team in achieving sales targets, understanding customer needs, and promoting the company’s products. This role is designed to provide you with comprehensive training and hands-on experience in sales processes and techniques.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the EndureAir’s products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in various administrative tasks, such as preparing sales documents, proposals, and presentations.
- Market Research: Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Participate in lead generation activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events, to identify potential customers and create a robust sales pipeline.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide relevant information about products or services.
- Sales Techniques: Learn and apply different sales techniques to engage prospects effectively and convert leads into customers.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Assist in tracking and analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and suggesting improvements to optimize sales performance.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination of activities.
- Goal Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
- Professional Development: Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- Fresher or 6 months to 1 year with a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with potential customers.
- Enthusiasm for sales and a desire to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Willingness to travel if required (depending on the company’s scope of operations).
